These terms describe the rules and responsibilities that apply when using AutoPostHQ.
Service Description
AutoPostHQ is a subscription software service that helps businesses prepare for AI-powered social media automation. The platform supports onboarding, billing, social account connection, client data sync, and Make.com automation support.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, business, billing, and social account information.
- Maintain access to the business email and connected social accounts used with AutoPostHQ.
- Review business details, brand preferences, and automated content settings for accuracy.
- Use AutoPostHQ only for lawful business purposes and with accounts you are authorized to manage.
Subscriptions and Free Trial
AutoPostHQ offers a 7-day free trial and a monthly subscription currently priced at $149/month. The free trial requires a payment method and automatically converts to the monthly subscription after the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription through the account billing experience or by contacting support. Cancellation typically prevents future renewal charges while service may continue through the end of the paid billing period or trial period, depending on the subscription state.
Social Account Connections
Clients are responsible for connecting only Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and other social accounts they are authorized to manage. AutoPostHQ uses secure authorization flows and does not ask clients to provide social media passwords.
AI-Generated Content
AutoPostHQ and its automation workflows may support AI-generated content. AI output can be imperfect, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. Clients remain responsible for their brand, claims, offers, compliance obligations, and final use of posted content.
Service Availability
AutoPostHQ aims to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party services, platform changes, outages, internet issues, or other events outside AutoPostHQ's control.
Prohibited Use
- Do not use AutoPostHQ for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or infringing activity.
- Do not attempt to access another client's account, data, connected accounts, or automation records.
- Do not interfere with the platform, bypass security controls, or misuse third-party integrations.
Limitations and Termination
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoPostHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. AutoPostHQ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or misuse the service.
