This page explains what AutoPostHQ collects, how client data is used, and how service integrations support social media automation.

Information We Collect

  • Account information, including name, business email, login identity, and account creation details.
  • Business information, including business name, phone number, website, industry, selected platforms, brand tone, brand colors, and content preferences.
  • Uploaded file metadata and future storage references for logos, product photos, business photos, brand guides, and similar brand assets.
  • Social media connection data, including Meta connection status, Facebook Page identifiers, Instagram Business account identifiers, and token expiration details needed to support secure account connection.
  • Billing and subscription status information received from Stripe, such as Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, plan, trial dates, payment status, and cancellation status.

How We Use Client Data

AutoPostHQ uses client data to create and manage accounts, complete onboarding, manage subscriptions, track support requests, prepare social account connections, synchronize client records, and support Make.com automation workflows for daily posting.

Stripe Billing Data

Payments are handled by Stripe. AutoPostHQ stores billing status and subscription identifiers needed to manage service access, but payment method details are handled by Stripe and are not displayed inside AutoPostHQ.

Google Sheets Sync

AutoPostHQ may synchronize client profile, subscription, support, social connection, and posting-readiness data to Google Sheets. These sheets are used operationally as a source of truth for Make.com automation workflows.

Make.com Automation

AutoPostHQ stores status fields that allow Make.com to determine whether a client is ready for automated posting. Make.com may report post success, post failure, sync status, and scheduling data back to AutoPostHQ.

How Data Is Protected

AutoPostHQ is designed to keep private credentials server-side, restrict client access to their own records, and avoid exposing service credentials in the browser. Social access tokens and third-party credentials should never be shared publicly.

Deletion Requests

Clients may request deletion of their account data by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained for billing, compliance, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business operations where permitted.

Contact

For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact autoposthqhelp@gmail.com. Clients can also use the dashboard support page when signed in.

AutoPostHQ is not affiliated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Stripe, OpenAI, Google, or Make.com.
